“Choice Restoration did an amazing job cleaning up a terrible mess in our basement after hurricane Irene. We had more than 8" of water which had been sitting for 4 days before they had the chance to address it. Choice was the only company that would call us back and take the job, and they are an hour from our house. Three hours after Nick, John and John arrived. Our wall was cut a foot up all around. All the padding, carpeting and baseboard were removed. Several industrial fans were in place and all of our furniture was wrapped in plastic in the unfinished part of our basement. The best part is they worked directly with our insurance company; we didn't have to do a thing.

We liked Choice Restoration's work so much we asked them back to refinish our basement. As professionals do, Doug estimated fairly, and offered his expertise on what types of closet, office and boiler room doors we should get, left nice carpet and paint samples for weeks for us to choose from, and quickly became our decorators as well as construction crew. They paid attention to detail, and went above and beyond the estimate. Once again, they worked with us and the insurance company to make everything run seamlessly. The icing on the cake is they referred us to an amazing plumber who installed a hydro sump pump so we hopefully will never have a flood again in our basement."
